An Account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. pak988 reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee of up to PKR 500 per month to inactive Accounts after the initial twelve-month period. Players will be notified by email or SMS prior to any such fee being applied. If the Account Balance reaches zero, the Account may be closed.
pak988 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, and Meezan Bank Transfer. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 500. pak988 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources — all funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time from a verified Account. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 1,000. All sports bets placed on pak988 are subject to acceptance and may be declined or returned at pak988's discretion, including where odds have been published in error or where market integrity concerns have been identified. A bet is only confirmed when you receive an on-screen confirmation reference number.
If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before the minimum required play period (as defined per sport), pak988 reserves the right to void all bets on that event and return stakes. If a match is suspended but subsequently completed within 24 hours, bets will generally stand unless otherwise stated in the specific market rules.
For Pakistan Super League (PSL) markets and all other cricket betting markets, the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method may apply to rain-affected matches. The maximum aggregate payout on any single sports bet or combination/accumulator bet is PKR 5,000,000, regardless of the stated potential return. You may request closure of your pak988 Account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal policy. Any remaining Balance will be returned to your designated payment method after completion of applicable KYC checks.
